Runes of Magic rant

So today during lunch, i jumped onto Runes of Magic to start some chain quests so i can finish them up when i got home later, and i was participating in the "main" global chat.

Someone commented on my screen name, and i lol'ed back. Then got about 5 other people that jumped into chat to say they reported me beacause my screen name is "offensive".

What's wrong with my Priest named WTBLittleBoy?

I noted back in global chat that it was just a "clever pun" and they were looking far to into it. Someone said that i'll just come back under another sexual or violent crime screen name.

Seriously?

i dont LITERALLY want to buy a little boy

... and for them to even remotely think i want to are probably the fucking pervs that need to be kept off a MMORP. just sayin'.

NOW I LOG IN AND IT ASKS ME TO PICK A NEW NAME

I tried to hit cancel, close the game and retry again in hope that this "flag" the admin set would bug and i would be able to keep my existing screen name, but that had fail written all over it.

After shooting around some other ideas, i came up with LFPLittleBoys. Then finally just pluralized WTBLittleBoy :)

Now it's a party

.. instead of an awkward man boy experience
